Wulf has more than 25 years of transaction experience, having advised numerous German and international corporations, family-owned businesses and leading private equity firms. He worked on various notable transactions for large and mid-cap corporations like ThyssenKrupp, Continental, BMW and Kuka, but also for international clients like GM, FIAT and BorgWarner. Prior to joining Steen Associates, he was a Senior Advisor to a leading private equity fund and he helped rebuild the German activities at DC Advisory, the European corporate finance arm of Daiwa Securities, as well as Deloitte Corporate Finance as Managing Director and Co-Head, Germany, before. He has also held senior management positions at Sal. Oppenheim, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
