Joerg Freimund and the Steen Associates team continue their long-standing association with Wegmann Unternehmens-Holding, the 50% shareholder of KNDS, the European land systems and vehicle manufacturer, by assisting in the creation of its new corporate governance structure.
About the transaction
With the new governance structure, the owners of the Franco-German manufacturer of military land systems, which encompasses the French state owned GIAT industries and the German family-owned Wegmann Unternehmens-Holding strengthen their close relationship which begun in 2015, consolidating to become a global leader in the land defence sector
